CNBM Continuous Cooking System is a widely used continuous cooking process developed from batch cooking systems. It allows for simultaneous continuous changes in the entire process, including loading the digester, liquor delivery, heating, cooking, maintaining temperature, and discharging.

Types of continuous digesters primarily include single-tower liquid-phase digesters, single-tower vapor-liquid phase digesters, double-tower vapor-liquid phase digesters, and double-tower liquid-phase digesters.

The advantages of the continuous cooking system are: reduced capital investment and operational costs for large-scale cooking needs; high production capacity per digester volume with a small footprint; low energy consumption with balanced steam and electricity usage; reduced labor requirements; and improved cooking uniformity.
