Displacement Cooking System
Descriptions:
CNBM Displacement Digester System (DDS) is an advanced pulping technology evolved from the RDH cooking system and is currently the most sophisticated batch cooking system worldwide.
The fundamental working principle of the displacement cooking process is to pump the filtrate from the washing section into the digester during the final stage of cooking. This is done through the bottom of the digester, while the used hot liquor is recovered through the filter plate at the top of the digester.
Key characteristics of the displacement digester system include: addressing high energy consumption and significant pollution issues inherent in traditional batch cooking systems; effectively enhancing cooking quality; providing process flexibility; and demonstrating strong adaptability to current quality requirements.
