Single Screw Press

The CNBM Anyang Machinery Single Screw Press concentrator, also known as the spiral squeezing machine, is a dewatering device used for pulp processing. It effectively handles various pulp consistencies, ensuring uniform dryness and stable output rates of the concentrated pulp. The CNBM Anyang Machinery Single Screw Press concentrator is primarily used in the black liquor extraction process.

Single Screw Press concentrator consists mainly of a shell, a spiral shaft, and a water filtration drum.

In a single-screw press concentrator, the pulp is advanced by a spiral shaft with varying diameter and pitch, which exerts pressure on the pulp as the space gradually decreases in the direction of movement, achieving the goal of concentration.
